NCERT Books in हिंदी

NCERT stands for National Council of Educational Research and Training. It is an autonomous body which assists and advises the central and state governments to improve the quality of school education. The organization is primarily responsible for preparing and publishing textbooks. It also provides other study material such as newsletters, educational kits, digital multimedia material, etc.

NCERT Books are the best resource for the students to prepare for the exams. These books are written in simple language and are easy to comprehend. The topics are explained well and wherever necessary, concepts are elaborated with examples and diagrams for students easy understanding.

The NCERT books work as a base for the exam preparation. Apart from the preparation of class 1 to 12 school exam, these NCERT books are also used by students to prepare for the government exams. For the highly competitive exams such as UPSC, the NCERT Books are considered the Bible.

• ( जैसा की शब्द से ही साफ़ है की सम्प्रभुता का अर्थ होता है स्वयं का प्रभु होना इसका अर्थ है की एक देश का शासन उसकी नीतियों के अनुसार ही चलाया जाये और किसी अन्य देश या शक्ति का उस पर कोई अधिकार न हो )
• भारत की विदेश नीति में जवाहर लाल नेहरू की मुख्य भूमिका थी उन्होंने ही भारत की विदेश नीति को आकार दिया ।

नेहरू की विदेश नीति के मुख्य तत्व थे-

• क्षेत्रीय अखंडता को बनाये रखना
• सम्प्रभुता को बनाये रखना
• तेज़ गति से विकास करना

भारत की विदेश नीति के मुख्य सिद्धांत

गुटनिरपेक्षता की नीति.

• जैसा की हमे पता है की भारत उस समय आज़ाद हुआ जब विश्व में शीतयुद्ध चल रहा था ऐसे में किसी एक महाशक्ति के साथ मिल कर उसके आधीन आ जाने का खतरा पैदा हो गया । ऐसे में भारत ने गुटनिरपेक्षता की नीति का पालन किया और दोनों ही महाशक्तियो से दुरी बना कर एक तीसरे विश्व का निर्माण किया ।

लोकतंत्र का सम्मान

• भारत ने शुरू से ही लोकतंत्र का सम्मान किया इसी वजह से अनेक समस्याओ के बाद भी भारत में लोकतंत्र स्थापित किया गया और सफल भी रहा ।

मानवाधिकारों का सम्मान

• आज़ादी के बाद से ही भारत में अपने देश के सभी नागरिको को मौलिक अधिकारो के रुप में मानवाधिकार दिए और विश्व में अन्य देशो में मानवाधिकारो की स्थापना हेतु प्रयास भी किये

विश्व शन्ति के लिए प्रयास

• जैसा की हम जानते है की शांति से सुरक्षा करना भारतीय विदेश नीति का मुख्य तत्व है इसी वजह से भारत ने विश्व के विभिन्न देशो में शात्नि स्थापना के प्रयासों में बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लिया ।

साम्राज्यवाद और उपनिवेशवाद का विरोध

• भारत ने शुरू से ही साम्राज्यवाद और उपनिवेशवाद का विरोध किया, क्योकि भारत स्वयं भी ऐसी ही परिस्थितियों से लड़ कर आज़ाद हुआ था।
• (साम्राज्यवाद या उपनिवेशवाद उस स्थिति को कहते है जब कोई देश किसी छोटे देश पर कब्ज़ा करके उसमे अपने अनुसार शासन व्यवस्था चलता है और संसाधनों का दोहन करता है )

विश्व शांति और मित्रता को बढ़ावा

• भारत शुरू से ही विश्व में शांति और मित्रता बढ़ाने का प्रयास करता रहा है। शीतयुद्ध के दौरान शांति के लिए भारत द्वारा किये गए प्रयास उन्ही में से एक है। इसी के साथ साथ भारत ने UNO के शांति अभियानों में हमेशा अपनी सेना को भेजा जो भारत की विश्व शांति के प्रति गंभीरता को दर्शाता है

एफ्रो एशियाई एकता

भारत की आज़ादी के समय विश्व में अन्य कई देश आज़ाद हुए जो भारत की तरह गरीब थे तथा अन्य कई समस्याओ से  जूझ रहे थे। ऐसे में नेहरू ने अफ्रीका और एशिया की एकता को बढ़ाने के प्रयास किये।

• 1947 में नेहरू की अगुआई में भारत ने एशिआई संबंध सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया
• इंडोनेशिया की आज़ादी के लिए प्रयास किये
• दक्षिण अफ्रीका में रंगभेद का विरोध किया
• बांडुंग सम्मेलन में गुटनिरपेक्षता की नीव राखी

यह सभी तथ्य अंतर्राष्ट्रीय राजनीति में भारत की सक्रीय और सकारात्मक भूमिका को दर्शाते है।

भारत और चीन

पंचशील समझौता.

1954  भारत और चीन के बीच पंचशील समझौता किया गया।

इस समझौते में 5 सिद्धांत थे

• एक दूसरे की अखंडता और संप्रभुता का सम्मान
• परस्पर अनाक्रमण
• एक दूसरे के आंतरिक मामलों में हस्तक्षेप नहीं करना
• समान और परस्पर लाभकारी संबंध
• शांतिपूर्ण सह-अस्तित्व

तिब्बत की समस्या

• तिब्बत भारत और चीन के बीच स्तिथ एक छोटा सा देश है। चीन शुरू से ही तिब्बत पर अपना अधिकार जताता हुआ आया है पर भारत का मानना इससे ठीक उल्टा था ।
• 24 अप्रैल 1954 को कुछ शर्तो के साथ भारत ने तिब्बत पर चीन का अधिकार स्वीकार कर लिया और चीन ने वादा किया की तिब्बत को अधिक स्वायत्ता प्रदान की जाएगी पर ऐसा नहीं हुआ
• तिब्बत में चीन के शासन के विरोध में सशस्त्र विद्रोह शुरू हो गया। इस  विद्रोह को चीन की सेनाओ द्वारा दबा दिया गया 
• स्तिथि ख़राब होते हुए देख तिब्बत के धर्म गुरु दलाई लामा ने 1959 में भारत से शरण मांगी और भारत ने दलाई लामा को शरण दे दी ।
• इस कदम को चीन ने उसके आंतरिक मामलो में हस्तक्षेप बताया और इस कदम का कड़ा विरोध किया ।

भारत और चीन सीमा विवाद

• भारत और चीन के बीच सीमा विवाद जम्मू कश्मीर के अक्साई चीन और अरुणाचल प्रदेश के नेफा क्षेत्र को लेकर था ।
• चीन ने भारत के इन हिस्सों पर अपना अधिकार जताया और भारत ने कहा की ये मामला अंग्रेज़ो के समय सुलझाया जा चूका है पर चीन ने इस बात से इंकार कर दिया । 
• 1957 से 1959 के बीच चीन ने अक्साई के चीन के कुछ हिस्सों पर कब्ज़ा कर लिया और वहा सड़क बनानी भी शुरू कर दी ।
• दोनों देशो के नेताओ के बीच काफी सारी चर्चाये हुई पर समस्या सुलझाई न जा सकी। कई बार दोनों देशो की सेना के बीच झड़प भी हुई पर कोई हल नहीं निकला ।

पंचशील समझौते और चीन पर भरोसे के कारण नेहरू जी को कभी ऐसा लगा ही नहीं की चीन भारत पर आक्रमण कर सकता है पर इस बार नेहरू जी गलत साबित हुए और 1962 में चीन ने भारत पर हमला कर दिया ।

भारत और चीन युद्ध

1962 में चीन ने भारत पर हमला कर दिया। अचानक हुए इस हमले के कारण भारत को तैयारी का कोई मौका नहीं मिला और चीनी सेना भारत में काफी अंदर तक आ गई । अंत में चीन द्वारा अचानक युद्ध विराम की घोषणा कर दी गई और भारत को इस युद्ध में हार का सामना करना पड़ा ।

युद्ध के परिणाम

• भारत हार गया
• भारतीय विदेश नीति की आलोचना की गई
• कई बड़े सैन्य कमांडरों ने इस्तीफा दे दिया
• रक्षा मंत्री वी के कृष्णमेनन ने मंत्रिमडल छोड़ दिया
• पहली बार सरकार के खिलाफ अविश्वस पत्र लाया गया
• भारत में मौजूद कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी का बटवारा हो गया
• नेहरू की छवि को नुकसान हुआ।

भारत और रूस

• भारत तथा रूस के सम्बन्ध शुरू से ही अच्छे रहे है ।
• रूस शुरू से ही भारत की मदद करता आया है ।
• दोनों का सपना बहुध्रुवीय विश्व का है
• दोनों देश ही लोकतंत्र में विश्वास रखते है
• 2001 में भारत और रूस के बीच 80 द्विपक्षीय समझौता
• भारत रुसी हथियारों का खरीददार
• भारत में रूस से तेल का आयात
• वैज्ञानिक योजनाओ में रूस की मदद
• कश्मीर मुद्दे पर रूस का भारत को समर्थन

भारत और अमेरिका

भारत और सोवियत संघ के बीच में नज़दीकी होने के कारण अमेरिका और भारत के सम्बन्ध शुरू से ही ख़राब रहे है पर 1991 में सोवियत संघ के विघटन के बाद भारत और अमेरिका के सम्बन्धो के सुधार आया और  वर्तमान में भारत और अमेरिका के संबंध काफी अच्छे है ।

भारत और अमेरिका के सम्बन्धो की विशेषताएं

• भारतीय सॉफ्टवेयर निर्यात का 65 प्रतिशत अमेरिका को
• अमेरिकी कंपनी बोईंग के 35 प्रतिशत कर्मचारी भारतीय
• 3 लाख से ज़्यादा भारतीय सिलिकॉन वाली में कार्यरत
• अमरीकी कंपनियों में भारतीयों का अत्याधिक योगदान

भारत और इजरायल के सम्बन्ध

• भारत और इजरायल के संबंधों की शुरुआत 1992 से हुई
• 2017 में इजरायल के प्रधानमंत्री बेंजामिन नेतनयाहू ने भारत का दौरा किया
• साथ ही साथ कई मौकों पर इजरायल भारत की मदद करता आया है
• भारत और इजरायल के बीच सहयोग
• रूस के बाद भारत के लिए दूसरा सबसे बड़ा हथियारों का सप्लायर इजरायल है
• कृषि क्षेत्र में भी दोनों देशों के बीच सहयोग है
• सिंचाई के तरीके एवं कृषि की उत्पादकता को बढ़ाने के लिए इजरायल द्वारा भारत की मदद की गई है
• जल संरक्षण के लिए इजरायल द्वारा भारत के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में जल स्वच्छता प्लांटों का निर्माण किया गया है
• आर्थिक क्षेत्र में इजरायल भारत के कुछ मुख्य आयातकों में से है
• दोनों ही देश के आर्थिक संबंध बहुत अच्छे हैं
• स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में देखा जाए तो वर्तमान में चल रहे कोरोनावायरस के दौरान भारत ने इजराइल को जरूरी दवाइयां निर्यात की
• साथ ही साथ अन्य जरूरी सामानों के निर्यात की अनुमति भी दी

भारत और पाकिस्तान

आज़ादी के बाद हुए बटवारे के बाद से ही भारत और पाकिस्तान के सम्बन्धो में समस्या बनी हुई है । आज तक भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच 4 युद्ध हुए है और सभी चारो युद्धों के अंदर भारत जीता है और इसी के साथ साथ छोटा मोटा संघर्ष दोनों देशो के बीच चलता ही रहता है ।

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध होने के कारण

• कश्मीर विवाद
• पाकिस्तान द्वारा आतंकवाद का समर्थन
• पाकिस्तान द्वारा अलगावाद को बढ़ावा देना
• नदी जल बटवारा

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध

1947 ( कश्मीर विवाद ).

• आज़ादी के तुरंत बाद ही भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध शुरू हो गया
• इस युद्ध का मुख्य कारण था कश्मीर ।
• इस युद्ध में भारत को विजय प्राप्त हुई
• 1962 में हुए चीन युद्ध के बाद भारत की समस्याएँ समाप्त नहीं हुई
• 1965 में जल विभाजन की समस्या को लेकर भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध शुरू हो गया ।
• अंत में भारत ने पाकिस्तान को बड़े आराम से हरा दिया ।

1966 में भारत के प्रधानमंत्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री और पाकिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति अयूब खान के द्वारा ताशकंद समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किया गया और सभी विवादों को बातचीत द्वारा सुलझाने की सहमति की गई

1971 ( बांग्लादेश )

• 1971 पूर्वी पाकिस्तान की समस्या के कारण भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध शुरू हुआ
• यह युद्ध भारत की जीत, पूर्वी पाकिस्तान की आज़ादी और एक नए देश बांग्लादेश के निर्माण के साथ खत्म हुआ ।

1972 में भारत की प्रधानमंत्री इंदिरा गाँधी और पाकिस्तान में राष्ट्रपति जुल्फिकार अली भुट्टो के बीच सभी विवादों को बातचीत द्वारा सुलझाने और शांति बनाये रखने के उद्देश्ये से शिमला समझौते पर हस्ताक्षर किये गए ।

1999 ( कारगिल का युद्ध )

• 1999 में पाकिस्तान द्वारा कारगिल क्षेत्र में सेना तैनात करने और घुसपैठ करने के कारण हुआ। घुसपैठियों को बहार निकालने के लिए भारत द्वारा ऑपरेशन विजय चलाया और 60 दिन लम्बे चले इस युद्ध में भारत ने पाकिस्तान की सेना को पूरी तरह से ढेर कर दिया ।
• 1999 में स्थिरता और शांति बनाये रखने के लिए दोनों देशो के बीच लाहौर समझौता किया गया । भारत के प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी और पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री नवाज़ शरीफ ने इस पर हस्ताक्षर किये । 

भारत और नेपाल

• इतिहास में व्यपार को लेकर भारत और नेपाल के बीच मतभेद रहा है ।
• भारत की चिंता चीन और नेपाल की दोस्ती को लेकर भी है ।
• नेपाल में बढ़ रहे माओवदी समर्थको को भारत अपने लिए खतरा मानता है ।
• नेपाल के द्वारा भारत विरोधी तत्वों पर कार्यवाही न किये जाने से भी भारत ना खुश है ।
• नेपाल को लगता है की भारत उनके अंदरूनी मामलो में दखलंदाजी करता है ।
• विज्ञान और व्यपार के क्षेत्र में सहयोग
• दोनों ही देशो के बीच मुक्त आवागमन का समझौता है जिसके अनुसार कोई भी व्यक्ति बिना  पासपोर्ट और वीसा के भारत से नेपाल और  नेपाल से भारत आ जा सकता है
• भारत  द्वारा कई योजनाओ में नेपाल की मदद की जा रही है ।

भारत और भूटान

• भारत और भूटान के संबंध बहुत अच्छे है ।
• भूटान ने भारत विरोधी उग्रवादियों को अपने यहाँ से भगा दिया जिससे भारत को मदद मिली ।
• भारत भूटान में पनबिजली जैसी परियोजनाओं में मदद कर कर रहा है ।
• भारत भूटान में विकास के लिए सबसे ज़्यादा अनुदान देता है ।

भारत और बांग्लादेश

• हज़ारो बांग्लादेशियो का भारत में अवैध रूप से घुसना
• गंगा और ब्रह्मपुत्र नदी जल बटवारा
• बांग्लादेश द्वारा भारत को प्राकृतिक गैस का निर्यात न करना
• बांग्लादेश द्वारा भारत विरोधी मुस्लिम जमातों का समर्थन
• भारतीय सेना को पूर्व में जाने के  लिए रास्ता न देना ।

भारत और श्रीलंका

• तमिलों की स्थिति
• 1987 में भारत द्वारा भेजी है शांति सेना जिसे श्री लंका के लोगो ने  अंदरूनी मामलो में हस्तक्षेप समझा ।
• दोनों ही देशो के बीच मुक्त व्यापार का समझौता है ।
• श्री लंका में आई सुनामी के दौरान भारत द्वारा मदद किया जाना ।

भारत और मालदीव के सम्बन्ध

• 1988 में श्री लंका से आये कुछ सैनिको ने मालदीव पर हमला कर दिया।
• मालदीव ने भारत से मदद मांगी और भारत ने अपनी सेना भेज कर मालदीव की मदद की
• मालदीव के आर्थिक विकास में मदद ।
• मालदीव के पर्यटन और मतस्य उद्योग का भारत द्वारा समर्थन

भारत और परमाणु हथियार

• भारत में परमाणु हथियार निर्माण की प्रक्रिया होमी भाभा जहांगीर के नेतृत्व में हुई शुरू हुई।
• इसी बीच 1968 में UNO की सुरक्षा परिषद् के स्थाई सदस्यों ने दुनिया के परमाणु अप्रसार संधि यानि NPT (नॉन प्रॉलिफरेशन ट्रीटी/ Non-Proliferation Treaty) को थोपने का प्रयास किया
• इस संधि के अनुसार सिर्फ वही देश परमाणु हथियार रख सकते है जिन्होंने इनका परिक्षण 1968 से पहले कर लिया है उसके आलावा किसी भी देश को परमाणु संपन्न देश का दर्जा नहीं दिया जा सकता। भारत ने इस संधि को भेदभावपूर्ण बता कर इस संधि का विरोध किया और इस पर हस्ताक्षर नहीं किये।
• भारत ने 1974 में राजस्थान के पोखरण में पहला परमाणु परिक्षण किया यह परिक्षण असफल रहा और इसके बाद भारत 1998 में अपना दूसरा परमाणु परिक्षण उसी जगह पर किया। यह परिक्षण सफल रहा और भारत परमाणु संपन्न देश बन गया।

भारत की परमाणु नीति

• परमाणु हथियार सुरक्षा के लिए ।
• परमाणु शक्ति का प्रयोग शांतिपूर्ण उद्देश्यों के लिए
• भारत द्वारा पहले परमाणु हथियारों का प्रयोग न करने का आश्वासन

Until recently, Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota was a virtual unknown outside of the Midwest, even among Democrats. But his stock rose fast in the days after President Biden withdrew from the race, clearing a path for Ms. Harris to replace him and pick Mr. Walz as her No. 2.

Here’s a closer look at the Democrats’ new choice for vice president.

1. He is a (very recent) social media darling . Mr. Walz has enjoyed a groundswell of support online from users commenting on his Midwestern “dad vibes” and appealing ordinariness.

2. He started the whole “weird” thing. It was Mr. Walz who labeled former President Donald J. Trump and his running mate, Senator JD Vance of Ohio, “weird” on cable television just a couple of weeks ago. The description soon became a Democratic talking point.
