EURA 2025 Conference

"creating healthy and sustainable cities", 10-13 june, 2025 | bristol, united kingdom.

The EURA 2025 international conference aims to advance understanding of how to co-create healthy, sustainable and more equitable cities. You are invited to participate in this forward-looking conference. The deadline for proposals is 31 October 15 November 2024.

Hosted by the Centre for Sustainable Planning and Environments at the University of the West of England this conference will be held in the iconic City Hall, located in the heart of the heart of the vibrant city of Bristol. Extensive urban regeneration has transformed the central area, and Bristol has a One City Plan designed to create a fair, healthy and sustainable city.

The conference will bring together scholars from over 30 countries to share ideas on how cities can respond to the current climate change and ecological emergencies as well as to growing inequality within societies. Ten mobile workshops will enable participants to visit innovative urban projects in the Bristol and exchange ideas with local civic actors.

11th winter school on research methodology, save the date, 22-24 january, 2025 | florence, italy, registration for the 11th edition of the winter school opens on the 28th october 2024. the winter school (held in english) will take place from the 22nd to the 24th january 2025 in florence. attending the winter school provides the opportunity to kick off or continue your phd or your research project with the right tools and skills. the winter school is organised by the university of florence with the support of eura and a vast network of italian universities..
